Brand Guidelines
Brand Guidelines for Growing Contractors
When you add trucks, crews and subcontractors, your brand starts to drift. Wrong colours on a wrap. A stretched logo on a sign. We build a full identity system and simple guidelines so every truck, shirt and flyer matches, no matter who orders it.
5.0 on Google- 25+ years in web and marketing
- Prices published, from $3,000
Why it works
Every truck matches
Exact colours and logo rules mean your fourth truck looks like your first. A consistent fleet looks like a bigger, more established company.
- Dos and don'ts page for vendors
What you get
Stop fixing vendor mistakes
Send one guide to your printer, wrap shop or embroiderer. They get it right the first time, and you stop paying for reprints.
Concept work
Logos built for the job site.
Sample trade brands we designed to show how a strong logo holds up where it matters: trucks, vans, signs, uniforms, gear and stationery. The company names are fictional.

Process
How it works.
A clear process with no guesswork, from kickoff to launch.
Review What You Have
We gather your current logo, trucks, signs, uniforms and print pieces to see what is working and what is drifting.
Build the System
We refine or design your logo, colours and fonts, and set the rules that tie them together.
Show Real Examples
We apply the system to the pieces you actually use, like trucks, shirts, lawn signs and quote sheets.
Hand off the Guide
You get a clear guideline document and file package to share with every vendor and new hire.
Do I need brand guidelines as a small contractor?
If you have more than one truck, more than one vendor or anyone besides you making marketing, yes. Guidelines keep it all consistent and save you money on reprints.
What does a brand identity package cost?
Brand Identity is $550 and includes a practical usage guide. Strategy + Identity is $2,500 and adds positioning, messaging and fuller guidelines. Larger rebrands with fleet and signage rollout are quoted custom.
Can you build guidelines around my existing logo?
Yes. If your logo is solid, we clean it up and build the system around it. We only suggest changes where something is causing real problems.
Will the guidelines include truck and uniform rules?
Yes. We include examples and rules for vehicles, uniforms and jobsite signs, since that is where contractor brands get seen the most.
What format do the guidelines come in?
You get a PDF that is easy to email to vendors, plus an organized folder of logo files, colour values and fonts.
