What is Skilled Trades Marketing?
Skilled Trades Marketing is a contractor marketing agency in Brampton, Ontario, Canada. We build websites, run local SEO, Google Ads and Meta ads, and set up follow-up automation only for trades businesses. Every price is published: websites from $3,000, local SEO from $1,650 a month, Google Ads management from $850 a month.

Who do you work with?
Only contractors and skilled trades: plumbers, electricians, roofers, HVAC companies, landscapers, general contractors, deck and fence builders, flooring and window installers, painters and renovation companies.
Where is Skilled Trades Marketing located?
At 4 Newbridge Crescent, Brampton, Ontario, in the GTA. We meet clients in person across Brampton, Mississauga, Toronto, Vaughan, Markham, Oakville and Hamilton, and work by video call with contractors across Ontario and the rest of Canada.
How do we get started?

Do you lock me into long contracts?
Websites and branding are one-time projects. Monthly SEO has a 3-month minimum because it takes time to work. Ads and other monthly services are month to month.
Will I own my website and accounts?
Yes. Your website, domain, Google Business Profile and ad accounts stay in your name.
How much does a contractor website cost?
Launch websites start at $3,000 for up to 5 pages. Lead Gen websites are $4,500 for up to 12 pages with SEO strategy and copywriting. Larger builds are quoted custom.
How long does a website take?
Most contractor websites launch in 3 to 6 weeks, depending on page count and how quickly we get your photos and feedback.
Is hosting included?
Yes. Every new website includes one year of managed hosting. After that it renews at $350 per year.
I don't have good photos. Is that a problem?
No. We show you how to take better job site photos with your phone, and we build around your real projects as they come in.
Can I update the site myself?
Yes. We build in WordPress and Elementor and show your team how to add projects, edit text and post offers.
Should I do SEO or Google Ads?
Ads bring calls fast and stop when you stop paying. SEO takes 3 to 6 months but keeps working. Most contractors run ads to fill the schedule now while SEO builds.
What are Local Services Ads?
They are the pay-per-lead listings with the Google Verified badge at the very top of search (Google retired the separate Screened badge). You pay per lead, not per click, and your reviews matter a lot. Read our guide to Google Verified in Canada.
Do you mark up ad spend?
No. Ad spend is billed directly by Google or Meta. You pay us a flat monthly management fee.
How do I get more Google reviews?
Ask every happy customer, every time. We set up automatic text or email review requests that go out when a job is marked complete.
How will I know it's working?
We track calls and form leads, not just clicks, and send a short monthly report in plain language.
